  1. Step 1 - Prep Strawberries Clean and dry strawberries thoroughly on paper towels before dipping.

  2. Step 2 - Temper Chocolate Set up double boiler with saucepan half full of water on medium heat. Add chocolate, salt, vanilla, and milk. Temper until melted and silky. Do not overheat or it will separate.

  3. Step 3 - Dip Hold strawberry by leaves, dip in chocolate, let excess drip, set on parchment-lined sheet pan.

  4. Step 4 - Set Refrigerate 10-15 minutes until chocolate sets. Decorate as desired and enjoy!
